- We require 36 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late arrivals may result in a fee and rescheduling.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Payment & Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
- All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
- Product returns are subject to our return policy and may only be accepted if unopened and unused within 7 days.
6. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Only one promotional offer or discount may be applied per transaction.
