Our cancellation policy includes a fee for late cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel during this timeframe, your deposit will not be refunded. For a no-call/no-show, both your deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $100 fee will be applied. We emphasize avoiding these charges by sending multiple text and email reminders to give you ample opportunity to cancel or reschedule.
Booking an appointment reserves a time slot exclusively for you, making it unavailable to other clients. A credit card on file and a partially refundable deposit are required to secure your appointment. For appointments under 30 minutes, the deposit is $75 ($67.50 refundable), and for appointments over 30 minutes, the deposit is $200 ($180 refundable). Deposits for shorter appointments or esthetician services may vary but are also partially refundable. The deposit will either be applied toward the cost of your treatment or partially refunded if the treatment is not provided. To respect other clients, please notify us promptly if you cannot attend your appointment.
Please note if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled, the deposit forfeited, and a $100 no-show fee will be applied.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance via call, text, or online. This ensures another client can benefit from the appointment time. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by 5 PM the preceding Wednesday. For Tuesday appointments, cancellations must be made by 5 PM the preceding Thursday.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can reply “no” to the automated text reminder sent four days before your appointment. Other cancellation methods include canceling online, calling or texting the scheduling line (Port Huron: 248-285-9876; Royal Oak: 248-221-1895) during business hours, or texting your provider. Voicemails are accepted if necessary, and we will respond promptly. If you cancel through the text reminder or online, please contact us to request a deposit refund, as it will remain on file unless requested.
